The cozy room had an adjustable temperature, lovely balcony views, and an inviting outdoor hot tub.

Stunning and incredible location - near to even the nearest shop half a kilometre away over the bridge, the main attractions of Sommaroy, and the ocean. Also, in the restaurant good food. Totally just perfect stay in winter time.

Nicely decorated and heated rooms with balcony, big windows and great view, nothing too much trouble. The service was terrific here...

The Arctic Hotel Tromso is ideally located for nature lovers, surrounded by fine views of mountains and sea. The spacious room provided a comfortable atmosphere, and having a shared balcony with views of the Northern Lights was a highlight of my stay. The delicious breakfast catered well to the needs of busy travelers, keeping me energized for work and exploration.

Unfortunately, the shuttle service to Tromsø airport stopped at 4 PM, leaving late arrivals without options except for a very expensive taxi ride, around 220 EUR. The indoor sauna was not well maintained, with dirt on the floor and no proper facilities for traditional use.

The hotel is just a short walk from Lavhaugen Museum and the amazing views along nearby hiking trails made my weekend strolls lovely, further improved with a delicious breakfast that kept me energized for my adventures.

The staff were helpful, always quick to lend a hand. We even got to see the Northern Lights directly from our room's balcony, what an lovely experience!

The cleaning left something to be desired, with dust accumulating in the house and kitchen utensils feeling worn. The lack of daily housekeeping was inconvenient, as guests had to manage their own trash disposal.

This place is kept super clean, and the staff really care about making sure you're happy. You won't find any reasons to gripe here. It's all good! 👍
